Reef Accommodation
The islands stretch from the Murray Islands in the north to Lady Elliot Island in the south and it doesn't matter what type of accommodation you are looking for, you will find it... not all in the same place of course, although many of the islands offer a variety of accommodation. If you wanted to go camping you would be able to find somewhere to go camping. There a few places where that is your only option. In these cases it is imperative that you check with the authorities in the area to find out the regulations regarding health and fire hazards before you leave. There are islands where accommodation is of the cabin variety. Then we have hotel and resort accommodation of varying star rating. As well, some of the larger islands have marinas where you can "park" your yacht and take it from there. The accommodation for individual islands will be listed in the following pages.
